Alrei was killed in a freak earthquakecaused by Gaea. Alrei is now resting peacefully in the Underworld. We wished you had a longer life to live - you were really, really young. But we hope you’re doing okay down there.

Yesterday, just hours after Camp Half-Blood learned of Arianna Mace’s death, Gaea, the earth goddess, decided to visit camp. At first, she seemed harmless enough, until she abducted campers Andrea Crome, Lorraine Ellsworth, Bridgette Adams, Heath Wood and Maxine Lerman, a newly recruited Hunter of Artemis.

There are reports that the missing campers (dubbed the ‘Abducted Five’) may have only have five days to live since being taken, which means that there are four and a half days left at the time of publication. Gaea has also said in rescuing the Five means destruction of both Camps Jupiter and Half-Blood, meaning the rescue efforts must be particularly cautious. Following this, a large wave of monsters came to attack the camps.

It is also been rumoured that Mason Simmons and Kennedy Stark, sons of Apollo have pledged their alliance to the earth goddess. Campers are advised to stay away from the pair and not to provoke them in an attack (well, Mason anyway).

If campers wish to help the rescue effort, or help in the defense of the camps, please notify Chiron and he will assign you a duty.

Let’s be honest… who here didn’t know Ari? And because everyone knew Ari, a description isn’t needed for her. She died today after the final part in her quest, taken with Bonnie Woods and Kayla Fields, daughters of Hecate, went horribly wrong. May you find rest in Elysium. Perhaps maybe even try to visit every once in a while. We will miss you terribly.

The Stoll brothers have struck again - only this time, most of the work (or damage depending on what you want to call it) has been dished out by Connor.

Sources report Connor left a note to Chiron at the porch of the Big House, with the following written on the note:

Dear Demeter cabin, it is not very polite to put your flowerpots at the almost-top of Thalia’s pine tree, it is actually very rude. Boo, boo! Dear Aphrodite cabin, what? What are those drawings you did with your make up on the main table of the dining room? And you Ares cabin, just because your dad is hooking up with Aphro diesn’t mean you can steal her daughters’ underwear, it’s all over your cabin, eww, perverts! Ok I’m done. Have fun putting everything back in place! ;) -Connor Strololololo

Although Chiron hasn’t been able to get down to the bottom of this, the Cabin Counsellors for Demeter (Katie Gardner), Aphrodite (Piper McLean) and Ares (Clarisse La Rue) were not available for an interview.

It is suggested that all Hermes campers who don’t want to accidentally get killed for their brother’s actions should stay away from Cabins 4, 5 and 10 until they get over this newest prank.

Please don’t provoke two the primordial goddesses. Do not tell them that they suck, or you are going to kill them because of damage they caused to the camp. Do not say you ran over them in their presence. Do not threaten them, and do not insult them. Most of all, do not complain about their humming.

This is for the safety of all campers and the welfare of possibly the whole world.

In the early hours of Saturday morning, a strange rumbling noise was heard coming from the ground at both Camps Half-Blood and Jupiter. The strange voice was heard saying something to the words of:

You nasty demigods nearly destroyed my mother. You shall pay, Camp Half-Blood. As well as the puny Romans.

After both the demigod camps were attacked, this doesn’t sound like a good thing. Since both camps managed to defeat Chaos, the Protogenoi goddess before all things, it seems that her daughter, Gaea, is not very happy with this.

Will Mother Earth wake up from her thousands of years of sleep? How will she attack the camps? Only time will tell. Stay alert, demigods!
